Origin
Yirgacheffe is located within the Gedeo Zone of the SNNPR. The area's high altitude, fertile volcanic soil, and ideal climate create perfect conditions for slow cherry maturation. For natural lots, ripe cherries are selectively picked and dried whole on raised African beds, developing intense fruit character.
